Planned meeting of the Expert Group of the Russian Export Center

On December 5, 2019, a scheduled meeting of the Expert Group of the Russian Export Center (hereinafter referred to as the EC REC) was held.

Planned issues on the transition to a digital service to provide the necessary support to enterprises to exporters were considered. Within the framework of the created platform, topics were discussed on creating a register of exporters, searching for buyers and other issues.

Currently, an algorithm has been created for filling out an application to search for a buyer. The formula is simple, but you need to consistently fill in the attached documents. For the execution of the document, the dates and accounting are indicated. Guaranteed feedback.

The service offers the product not only to a foreign consumer, but also to a Russian one.

Currently, the StekloSoyuz Russia Association is working on a registry - a catalog of exporters' enterprises.

The developed source material will be transferred to the EG for inclusion in the program.

The mathematical model in accordance with the specified parameters will conduct a search for the exporter in foreign sources and inform the participants of the system.

In addition, the search for buyers will be carried out “live” through organized representations in various industries.

Osipov Victor Ivanovich, President of the Association StekloSouz of Russia, a member of the EG REC suggested that the developers of the digital platform provide for the opportunity to “untwist” the portal itself as soon as possible. It is necessary that all world participants in the market of goods and services know about this product as part of import-export operations. Then the work efficiency will be provided with an information resource.

In addition, through the information resource, exporting enterprises should know the number of countries interested in developing trade relations with Russia, their requirements, reliability and other important information for export-oriented factories and companies.

To simplify the work of exporting enterprises, it is proposed to make an analogue of the “one-stop shop”, which will quickly solve the problems of workflow.
