Sergey Melikov discussed the development of industry in Dagestan with the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation

On April 23, a working meeting of the Acting Head of Dagestan Sergey Melikov with the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov took place in Moscow. As reported in the press service of the Head, the issues of development of the industrial potential of Dagestan were discussed.

In particular, they discussed assistance to the project of the concern "Kizlyar Electromechanical Plant" - "Creation of a high-tech production of a multipurpose four-seater twin-engine MAI-411" Alpha-KM "aircraft from composite materials and onboard equipment of domestic production".

As Denis Manturov noted, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia will assist in the implementation of the project to create a multipurpose aircraft MAI-411 "Alfa-KM".

In addition, the implementation of the Priority Projects program was discussed.

“It was decided to develop the industry of the Republic of Dagestan relying on existing investment sites and enterprises, including taking into account the further support and development of the republic’s industry fund. In this development, active assistance and assistance was and is from the Ministry and, in particular, Denis Valentinovich Manturov. One can feel an attentive attitude to the problems existing in the industry of our republic, ”noted Sergei Melikov.

Also, speaking about the implementation of a project to provide the glass industry of the Republic of Dagestan with fluorspar at affordable prices, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, with the assistance of the trade mission in Iran, will support the preparation of a long-term agreement jointly with the Organization for the Development and Modernization of the Mining Industry (IMIDRO) and the Government of the Republic of Dagestan.
