To Glass Factory Managers. Personnel Training and Adjustment of Training Programs

Dear colleagues, good afternoon!

In pursuance of the decision of the 26th annual Forum "Glass and Modern Technologies – XXI," held on December 11, 2025, in Moscow, the Association StekloSouz of Russia (SSR) established the Working Group (WG) "Science and Business."

The WG includes experts from the Scientific and Technical Center of the Association StekloSouz of Russia (STC SSR) and focuses on the interaction between science and industry.

In early February 2026, a meeting of WG representatives with glass factory and educational institution managers was held.

Currently, WG specialists are working to develop a personnel training forecast and adjust training programs for specialists in the glass industry.

A decision has been made to prepare and send a form to glass factory managers for completion.

Lyudmila F. Korshunova, PhD, Head of the Scientific and Technical Center of the USSR, has been appointed the person responsible for this area.
