Resident of the Belarusian FEZ «Grodnoinvest» JSC «Grodno glass factory» launched a new innovative production

On February 27, 2023, the glass furnace was ignited at the new production facility of Grodno Glassworks OJSC in Auls. As a result, the first batch of innovative products with high environmental standards was obtained. Present at the launch of the kiln were Grodno Glass Plant, Republican Unitary Enterprise Management Company of the Belarusian Glass Company Holding and Ruslan Parkhamovich, Minister of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus.

The construction of a new glass factory started in the spring of 2021 at site No. 4 of the Grodnoinvest FEZ in Auls. The new plant has modern equipment that will allow the production of glass products of any color. A feature for the glass industry of the Republic of Belarus will be the operation of the production lines of the enterprise in a three-drop mode. This will reduce the cost of production.

Residents of FEZ Grodnoinvest are actively implementing new projects. A large-scale project in the field of woodworking is being implemented by a resident of the FEZ Grodnoinvest LLC HS Belacon. A company with Austrian capital is completing the construction of a complex for deep wood processing in Svisloch. Another resident, Krones-Grodno LLC, organizes a diversified production of furniture and wood products. As part of the project, a new complex will be built and modern technological equipment will be purchased. The finalist of the republican competition of innovative projects LLC "Barinpak" in the shortest possible time launched the production of environmental packaging from high-density fibreboard.
