A greater number of projects will be implemented in the Moscow, Chelyabinsk and Kaluga regions, as well as in Tatarstan and the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The regions of the Central and Ural Federal Districts were among the leaders in terms of the number of projects for which the Industrial Development Fund approved loans. This was reported to TASS in the press service of the FRP.
"New loans have been approved for the implementation of industrial projects in 31 regions of Russia. A larger number of projects will be implemented in the Moscow, Chelyabinsk and Kaluga regions, as well as in Tatarstan and the Krasnoyarsk Territory," the statement said.
So, last December, the fund approved the issuance of 60 loans totaling 36.8 billion rubles. The total budget for the implementation of industrial projects will exceed 61.7 billion rubles. The FRP said that loans were approved for enterprises that operate in the fields of mechanical engineering, metalworking and metallurgy, chemistry, medical biopharmaceutics, the forestry industry, and produce electronics, electrical equipment and building materials.
Over the entire period of work, the press service emphasized, the IDF provided enterprises with more than 1.2 thousand soft loans for a total of 395.9 billion rubles. For 582 projects financed by the IDF, new production has already been launched or output has been increased.
The Industrial Development Fund, which was established in 2014, provides loans at 1% and 3% per annum for up to ten years in the amount of 5 million to 5 billion rubles, stimulating the inflow of direct investment in the real sector of the economy. The fund's flagship program - "Development Projects" - is aimed at developing import substitution and manufacturing competitive products, producing capital goods, equipment and machine tools, and assisting with the implementation of software and technological solutions to optimize production processes. The FRP also has programs Components, Automotive Components, Priority Projects, Labor Productivity, Leasing, Goods Labeling and Environmental Projects. IDF agreements with regional industrial development funds provide an opportunity to receive loans under joint programs.
