Public discussion of the draft federal law

Association "StekloSouz" of Russia is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (CCI RF).

As part of public consultations with representatives of the business community in order to prepare an opinion on the regulatory impact assessment of draft regulatory legal acts conducted by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, in In accordance with the Internal Regulations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia received a draft federal law "On Amendments to the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses in Part of Responsibility for Violating the Legislation on Conducting an Experiment on Quotas for Emissions of Pollutants into the Atmospheric Air" (hereinafter referred to as the draft ), developed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation.
