Draft regulatory legal acts for consideration

Dear colleagues!

The Association StekloSouz of Russia is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (CCI RF), specialists of the Association StekloSouz of Russia are members of the Working Group of the RF CCI, as well as the interdepartmental Working Group "Glass" under the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia.

On a systematic basis, StekloSouz sends proposals to the draft Federal Law, Decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation, and the Steklo Roadmap.

Currently, in order to prepare an opinion on the regulatory impact assessment of draft regulatory legal acts carried out by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the Internal Regulations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia has received:

1). Draft Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On Amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 22, 2018 No. 1130 “On the Development, Public Discussion, Approval, Adjustment of Territorial Schemes in the Field of Production and Consumption Waste Management, Including Municipal Solid Waste , as well as on the requirements for the composition and content of such schemes ”(hereinafter referred to as the draft), developed by the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia.

2). Draft Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation dated December 29, 2020 No. 1118 “On Approval of the Methodology for the Development of Standards for Permissible Discharges of Pollutants into Water Bodies for Water Users” (hereinafter referred to as the draft).
