The Russian government will allocate subsidies to exporters for product certification

The government of the Russian Federation compensates exporters for the costs of certification of products that go to the foreign market. This measure was included in the anti-crisis program aimed at supporting the Russian economy and exports during the period of the coronavirus epidemic. This information appeared on the official website of the Cabinet on Saturday, July 18.

The government's press service said that exporters will receive subsidies to compensate for up to 80% of the costs of product certification. In addition, Russian companies will be able to reimburse up to 50% of the costs of product homologation.

State support will simplify the access of export-oriented enterprises to foreign markets and minimize the negative effect on Russian companies from the coronavirus epidemic. For these purposes, the Russian authorities will allocate about 495 million rubles.
