Prime Minister Mishustin: the government will help companies engaged in import substitution.

The Cabinet of Ministers will provide all necessary support to companies engaged in import substitution, including allocating 20 billion rubles for additional capitalization of the Industrial Development Fund, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said.

"The government will provide all the necessary support to companies implementing programs in priority areas in this area (import substitution - ed.). And today we will consider allocating 20 billion rubles to subsidize the Industrial Development Fund," Mishustin said at a government meeting on Thursday.

According to him, the fund will provide preferential loans to enterprises that develop promising technologies and manufacture products that can replace foreign analogues. Additional capitalization of the IDF will help implement at least 50 projects in a wide range of industries.
