Response of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly within the framework of the StekloSouz Conclusion to the draft federal law No. 336807-7

Dear colleagues, good afternoon!

In order to regulate the production and turnover of glass consumer containers for alcoholic beverages with an ethyl alcohol content of more than 28% of the volume of finished products, as well as the establishment of administrative responsibility of officials and legal entities for the production and (or) circulation of alcoholic beverages with an ethyl alcohol content of more than 28% of the volume finished products taking into account the draft Federal Law No. 336807-7 "On Amendments to the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses" (on the establishment of administrative responsibility for the production and (or) circulation of alcoholic beverages with an ethyl alcohol content of more than 28 percent of the volume of finished products in polymer consumer containers) "StekloSouz" of Russia carried out extensive work and sent the Conclusion to the legislative bodies of the Russian Federation.

We inform you, dear colleagues, that currently the Federation Council has prepared a new Draft Federal Law aimed at regulating the production and turnover of glass containers for alcoholic beverages and administrative responsibility for the production and circulation of alcoholic beverages with an ethyl alcohol content of more than 28 percent of the finished product, in which the Conclusions of "StekloSouz" of Russia are taken into account.
