The quality control department of the leading glass container plant in Central Asia is equipped with equipment from ZMT LLC

Dear colleagues, we are publishing news about the member of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia, LLC "Plant of Microelectronic Technologies":

Historically, the Microelectronic Technologies Plant and the enterprises of Central Asia are linked by long-standing traditions of business cooperation. A number of glass factories in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan have appreciated and actively use devices and installations for quality control of glass produced in Izhevsk.

A new milestone in this cooperation was the visit of representatives of ZMT LLC to Tashkent, to the enterprise of ASL OYNA LLC. The name ASL OYNA is translated into Russian as "Clean glass". And this is not just like that, this glass container plant produces hundreds of millions of units of glass containers per year from colorless, green and brown glass. The technology for the production of glass bottles and glass jars includes a full cycle, from design to decoration. Thanks to this, ASL OYNA LLC is fully responsible for the quality of its glass products and guarantees the highest standard of glass quality for its Clients. Since 2025, the measuring and testing equipment of ZMT LLC will be used for this purpose in the quality control department of the enterprise.

Specialists of the Microelectronic Technologies Plant were sent to the capital of Uzbekistan to put into operation the following measuring and testing equipment - a unit for testing glass containers with hydrostatic pressure UIS-GD, a unit for testing glass containers for slippage UIS-S, a unit for testing glass containers with vertical load UIS-VN, a gauge for measuring the thickness of non-ferromagnetic materials IT-1-01.

During the joint two-day work of representatives of the two enterprises, the task of putting the equipment into operation was successfully completed. The devices and installations were connected to communications, their operability was tested, and the quality control personnel were trained to work with this equipment.

Also, a representative of ZMT LLC, E.O. Elizarov, presented ASL OYNA to the Quality Director, A.A. Ganieva. new developments — IT-GP hot coating thickness gauge, MILT-1 laboratory inspection machine, UIS-GD2P two-position hydrostatic pressure glass container testing unit. This equipment, which no one else in the CIS produces, aroused interest from the counterparty.

Summing up the results of the joint work, representatives of both enterprises noted the following. ASL OYNA LLC plans to further strengthen its position as the leading glass container plant in Uzbekistan, continuously improving its technologies and product quality. And in this process, it is necessary to expand the use of Izhevsk-made devices and installations so that the good reputation for the quality of glass packaging produced in Tashkent sounds loudly not only in Uzbekistan, but also beyond its borders.
