The Governor of the Ryazan Region Nikolay Lyubimov visited Guardian Glass Ryazan LLC

On August 20, the Governor of the Ryazan Region Nikolay Lyubimov got acquainted with the work of the production sites of OOO Guardian Glass Ryazan. In particular, the head of the region inspected the cold shop, the coating line, the mirror line, glass storage areas and others. The head of the region was informed about the prospects for the development of enterprises, where new technological capabilities and types of products are being actively introduced.

As part of the trip to the enterprise, a working meeting between Governor Nikolai Lyubimov and representatives of the Guardian Glass group of companies took place. Elena Rassudimova, General Director of Guardian Glass in Russia, the CIS and Turkey, expressed gratitude to the head of the region for the attention to the company and constructive interaction.

- We cooperate with the government of the Ryazan region very closely and maintain an open dialogue. We never had problems and situations not to be heard. This example of interaction is quite unique and highly regarded, ”she said.

As it was noted at the meeting, thanks to the support of the regional government in organizational matters, the plant during the pandemic was able to ensure strict compliance with the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor and not interrupt its work.

During the discussion, the enterprise expressed its interest in cooperation with the Ryazan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in order to further develop production and expand the supply of products. In addition, the plant's management turned to Governor Nikolai Lyubimov with a request for assistance in holding consultations with regional departments on issues related to monitoring the application of new energy efficiency standards. LLC "Guardian Glass Ryazan" together with the National Association of the Council of Glass Industry Enterprises "Union of Glass Enterprises" takes part in their development and application. Nikolay Lyubimov instructed the Ministry of Industry and Economic Development of the region, the State Construction Supervision Agency of the Ryazan Region and the Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning to provide assistance and conduct all the necessary consultations.

Governor Nikolay Lyubimov invited the enterprise to participate in a business mission, which is planned to be carried out with the participation of the Coordination Committee for Economic Cooperation with Sub-Saharan Africa (AfroCom). The plant's management has expressed interest in establishing cooperation with new partners in this direction.

- I am sure that the enterprise has great opportunities for further development of production capabilities and expansion of business contacts. For its part, the government of the Ryazan region has always supported and will continue to promote such responsible and significant companies for the region. I consider the development of industry one of the main directions in the work to strengthen the economy of the region, - said Nikolay Lyubimov.

In the Ryazan region, Guardian has implemented two investment projects: the construction and operation of an industrial glass production plant and a mirror line. The volume of investments is 7.1 billion rubles, about 300 jobs have been created. This year the enterprise is carrying out work on the modernization and automation of production.
