Approved the preparation of projects on amendments to the rules of land use and development in Tver

On March 16, 2023, Governor Igor Rudenya held a meeting of the presidium of the regional government. The preparation of projects on amending the rules for land use and development of the city of Tver, the Gorodensky rural settlement of the Konakovo district, the Emmaussky rural settlement of the Kalininsky district, the villages of Tolstikovo and Zboevo of the Rzhevsky district was approved.

- These decisions are aimed at the development of housing construction, public and business development in these territories, and the implementation of investment projects. So, in Tver, we are talking about expanding glass production, - the press service of the regional government informed.

It is reported that a list of reference settlements and adjacent territories of the Tver region has also been approved. The reference point is a settlement located outside the boundaries of urban agglomerations. There are 34 such areas in the region, 8587 adjacent territories.

Thanks to the adopted decision, the opportunities for the integrated development of the cities of the Upper Volga region are expanding. Thus, from 2024, small towns will be able to participate in the competitive selection of the state program "Integrated Development of Rural Territories" for federal projects aimed at improving rural areas, developing housing construction, and transport infrastructure.
