Educational program «Industrial technoparks: creation and management of activities»

Dear colleagues!

The "StekloSouz" Association of Russia, within the framework of the implementation of the annual Program of activities to expand information activities, brings to your attention that the Association for the Development of Clusters and Technoparks of Russia (hereinafter - Association) continues systematic work to develop the production potential of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation using one of the key tools for the development of territories - industrial technoparks.

In order to support the requests received by the Association the educational program "Industrial Technoparks: Creation and Management of Activities" (hereinafter - the Program) has been developed and is being implemented, aimed at improving the qualifications of initiators of new projects on creation of industrial technology parks, as well as representatives management teams aimed at improving the efficiency of existing technology parks and regional infrastructure to support SMEs.

Representatives of executive authorities in the field of economic, innovation and industrial policy, organizations of the infrastructure for supporting SMEs are invited to participate in the educational program, managers and specialists of management companies of technoparks and industrial technoparks, as well as representatives of large and medium-sized businesses interested in the development of industrial sites according to the model industrial technopark.

The program was developed taking into account the best Russian and world experience in the creation and development of industrial technoparks and takes into account the current regulatory and legal framework governing the activities of industrial technoparks and measures of their state support for the territory of the Russian Federation, including requirements for industrial technology parks.

At the moment, recruitment is open for the 4th stream of the Program, which will take place from May 12 to June 10, 2021. Applications for training are accepted until April 23, 2021.

Following the completion of the Program, students will be given certificates of professional development of the established form.
