On the restoration of state control and supervision

As part of the planned work with the authorities, the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia collects information on:

in connection with the adoption of Federal Law No. 248-FZ of July 31, 2020 “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation” and Federal Law No. 170-FZ of June 11, 2021 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation, in connection with the adoption of the Federal Law “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation”, state control and supervision over compliance with the mandatory requirements of 13 technical regulations and over the circulation of products included in the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2021 was canceled. No. 2425.

In order to carry out a preliminary assessment of the potential damage to the economy in connection with the entry into force of this law, please provide information on the volume of the market for the relevant products for 2020 or 2021 (in rubles), as well as the volume of products that do not meet the requirements of TR or PP RF 2425 in circulation (in %), strictly in the attached file (if you do not agree with the data already available, please indicate this with reason).

The information obtained can be used to form a reasoned position in the discussion with the authorities on the issue of restoring the powers of state control and supervision over compliance with the mandatory requirements for products in circulation.
