On Amendments to the Lists of Products Subject to Mandatory Certification and Declaration of Conformity

The Association "StekloSouz" of Russia received information that the RSPP Committee, together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, was working to restore control over products included in Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 01.12.09 No. 982 "On approval of a unified list of products subject to mandatory certification, and a single list of products, the confirmation of conformity of which is carried out in the form of a declaration of conformity.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia prepared a draft of a new version of the resolution.

On December 23, 21, the Government of the Russian Federation issued Decree No. 2425, which approved the updated unified list of products subject to mandatory certification and the unified list of products subject to declaration of conformity.

The specialists of "StekloSouz" are currently working on reviewing this resolution and formulating proposals for clarifying the codes of the TN VED of the EAEU, standardization documents that establish requirements for products, as well as standardization documents that establish research (testing) and measurement methods.
