On consideration of draft amendments to PFZ No. 369931-8 On amendments to parts 1 and 2 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (in terms of the implementation of certain provisions of the main directions of tax policy)

The Association "StekloSouz" of Russia received information that on June 28, 2023, a draft amendment of the Government of the Russian Federation to the draft federal law No. 369931-8 was submitted to the State Duma

“On Amendments to Parts One and Two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation”, which provides for significant changes regarding the improvement of the “Single Tax Payment” system, tax control, tax administration issues (fees, insurance premiums), VAT , personal income tax, etc.

"StekloSouz" specialists are preparing proposals for this project.
