The head of the Sibstekla composite workshop was awarded the state award

Dear colleagues, we are publishing news about a member of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia LLC Siberian Glass (Sibsteklo):

By the decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the head of the component section of the directorate for the production of LLC Siberian Glass (Sibsteklo, an asset of RATM Holding) Marina Usova was awarded the medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, II degree - for the successes achieved and many years of conscientious work.

All professional activities of Marina Usova - 32 years old - are connected with the plant. Under her leadership, equipment was modernized in the compound shop and new technologies were applied for processing raw materials and preparing charge, which had a significant impact on the quality of the finished product.

In 2019, Marina Usova organized the operation of a mechanized line for sorting glass waste from landfills in the Novosibirsk, Tomsk and Omsk regions. In 2021, she was directly involved in the industrial testing of sand from the Kudrovsky deposit in the Tomsk Region - as a result, experts came to the conclusion that when enriched (magnetic separation), it is suitable for glassmaking. As a result, Sibsteklo has reduced the delivery of raw materials and its transport footprint.

In addition, as part of the project to build a new heavy-duty glass melting furnace in record time, the assembly shop optimized processes and automated workflows to match the productivity at its sites with a quarter-increased demand for glass complexes in charge.

In February 2022, when the production of a green bottle was launched at Sibstekle, at the initiative of Marina Usova, a project was prepared to modernize the unpacking station, and they also installed an additional sieve for screening chromite ore - thus, they reduced the risk of non-painting of glass products and the presence of foreign inclusions in them .

- Achievements of the plant are provided by people, - Anton Mor, General Director of Sibstekl, noted. – The experience and knowledge of Marina Usova allow us to solve the most complex tasks, including in the conditions of emergency work and time pressure, at each stage of the enterprise development.
