The International Fund for Technological Development is selecting projects under the Direct Investments in Russian Federation

The StekloSouz Association of Russia received a letter from the International Fund for Technological Development.

We publish this information for your information:

In accordance with the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, a new industrial support institute, the International Fund for Technological Development (hereinafter referred to as the Fund), was formed and launched. The Fund's activities are aimed at supporting projects for the transfer of advanced technological solutions and localization of industries created on their basis.

The Fund has identified the following investment priorities: advanced mechanical engineering and instrument making; production of goods of socially significant industries; resource saving technologies.

The Fund has started the selection of projects within the framework of the Direct Investments in the Russian Federation program (hereinafter referred to as the Program), which involves the provision of financing by entering into the capital of project companies.

Key conditions for participation in the Program: the presence of an applicant (a Russian company) who accepts obligations for the transfer of technology and its localization on the territory of the Russian Federation; the amount of support from the Fund - from 300 million rubles. up to 1000 million rubles; the Fund's share in the project company - up to 49%; yield - the key rate of the Bank of Russia, increased by 2 percentage points. Funding funds for projects received from the Fund within the framework of this Program can be used to purchase objects of civil rights (results of intellectual activity), specialized equipment from technology copyright holders, as well as the engineering required to adapt technologies.

In accordance with the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Competent Body of the Fund is ANO Agency for Technological Development (hereinafter referred to as the Agency).

The agency has planned a webinar in the format of a video-conference call with the aim of informing organizations in the sphere of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia about the Fund's instruments.
