In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a glass factory in the village of Pamyati 13 Bortsov was put up for sale. The object, which is popular with tourists, is being sold for only 5 million rubles.
The ruins of the factory building, built in the 19th century, were not recognized as an object of cultural heritage at one time. Despite this, the place is popular because of the preserved facade of the old building, the atmosphere of the "abandoned" and the remains of production - pieces of glass are still taken apart for souvenirs.
The plant was founded by the Konovalov family in the 19th century. A legend is connected with its appearance, as if the founder of the enterprise, Ivan Konovalov, saw a sign of God in a dream and decided to build it. The plant became successful and sold goods far beyond the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and during the Great Patriotic War, the enterprise supplied the front with flasks, bottles, glass for armored trains and steamships. The owners of the organization declared bankruptcy in 1996. The plant was put up for sale by a private individual.
