Import and export of flat glass in the Russian Federation in April 2020

According to the latest data from the customs service, imports of flat glass in the Russian Federation in April 2020 increased by 3.6% compared to April 2019.

Imports of flat glass since the beginning of 2020 increased by 19.7% compared to the same period last year.

Exports of flat glass in April 2020 decreased by 14.4% compared to April 2019. Since the beginning of 2020, exports have increased by 14.0% compared to the same period last year.

The share of imports in the total consumption of flat glass in the Russian Federation since the beginning of 2020 amounted to 9.8%. The share of exports in the total production of flat glass in the Russian Federation since the beginning of 2020 amounted to 26.7%.
