II SUMMER GLASS WORKSHOP

On September 07, 2022, the opening of the "II SUMMER GLASS WORKSHOP" took place in the city of Nikolsk, Nikolsky district, Penza region.

The goal of the "II SUMMER GLASS WORKSHOP" is the systematic support of education in the field of artistic glassmaking and activities aimed at preserving, developing and popularizing the industry.

Association "StekloSouz" of Russia is a partner of this industry event.

Viktor Osipov, President of the Association StekloSouz of Russia, delivered a welcoming speech. In his speech, he said that StekloSouz supports artistic glassmaking and considers the "II SUMMER GLASS WORKSHOP" to be important, worthy of attention and development. Artistic glassmaking is an integral part of the glass industry. Support for educational institutions that produce specialists in the field of art glassmaking for large and small enterprises is now especially in dire need of specific ongoing programs that can solve the problem of interest in the profession and the future employment of specialists.
