Khusnullin headed the supervisory board of Roscadastre

Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Roskadastr company, which is being created. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The Decree of July 30 creates a public company "Roskadastr". The composition of the Supervisory Board is approved for five years. It also included Anatoly Azizov, managing director of DOM.RF, Andrey Kutepov, head of the Federation Council committee on economic policy, Sergey Gavrilov, chairman of the State Duma committee on property, land and property relations, and others.

Roscadastre is being created on the basis of three institutions of Rosreestr: Rostekhinventarizatsiya - Federal BTI, the Federal Cadastral Chamber and the Federal Scientific and Technical Center for Geodesy, Cartography and Spatial Data Infrastructure.

The law on the creation of Roscadastre was adopted at the end of 2021. The structure should optimize state administration in the field of land and real estate and ensure the implementation of the state program to create a national spatial data system. This system will unite all geodata in the Russian Federation: about land and real estate, information about rights and cadastral valuation.
