"Federal Center for Rationing, Standardization and Technical Conformity Assessment in Construction". Draft list of TN VED for consideration

The Association "StekloSouz" of Russia received information that the Federal Autonomous Institution "Federal Center for Regulation, Standardization and Technical Conformity Assessment in Construction" (FAU "FCS") in accordance with the Procedure for the development, adoption, amendment and cancellation of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union, approved by the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated June 20, 2012 No. 48, developed a draft decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Union “On approval of the list of products in respect of which the filing of a customs declaration is accompanied by the submission of a document on conformity assessment (information on the document on conformity assessment) with the requirements of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "On the safety of building materials and products" (List of TN VED codes).

FAA "FTSS" asks to review the submitted document for the compliance of the types of products and the TN VED codes submitted to it, and also to assess their sufficiency for each type of product.

"StekloSouz" specialists are preparing proposals for this project.
