The only production of tempered glass in the region was created by a resident of the Primorye ASEZ

The plant for the production of tempered glass and products made from it became the only such enterprise in Primorye. The factory produces double-glazed windows, windows and stained-glass windows. The benefits and preferences of the Primorye ASEZ regime helped the RSP company implement the project and successfully launch production that is important for the development of the region.

According to the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (KRDV), the enterprise produces 4 thousand square meters of products per month, which are used in the construction of housing and commercial real estate in the Far East. Under an agreement with the KRDV, 56.5 million rubles were invested in the project. The funds were used to build and equip the plant with modern production equipment. At the next stages of project development, the volume of investment will increase to 87 million rubles. Today, 40 planned jobs have been created in production.

“This is the first production of this kind in the Primorsky Territory and the third in the Far East. We produce tempered glass, make double-glazed windows from it with various energy-saving or reflective characteristics, as well as windows and stained-glass windows. The products are in demand in the construction of residential buildings, administrative buildings, social infrastructure facilities, and industrial enterprises created in the Far Eastern Federal District. Our glass can also be used for glazing facades and greenhouses,” said Evgeniy Ruban, head of RSP LLC.

According to the investor, benefits and preferences from the ASEZ regime helped to implement the project and successfully launch production that is important for the development of the region. The land and infrastructure were provided by the KRDV, which made it possible to increase the economic parameters of the project. In addition, insurance premiums reduced to 7.6% provide significant support to the company. A resident will be able to use the benefit for 10 years.

“The dynamic growth of the construction sector - the creation of industrial enterprises, commercial and residential real estate - requires a corresponding growth in the production of building materials. State support instruments effectively help launch new production facilities that produce high-quality and affordable glass and concrete, wall panels, paint and varnish and fastening materials, electrical equipment and much more, often replacing imports. In addition to providing benefits and preferences, the KRDV provides residents with legal, personnel and information support, helps to find partners, establish cooperation ties and sales of products, and set up supplies of raw materials,” said Alexey Dunaev, director of the KRDV Primorye.

It should be noted that the provision of land for the project and the provision of infrastructure are significant measures of state support for investors implementing projects in the Far Eastern priority development territories. These preferences, along with tax incentives and comprehensive support from the KRDV, make it possible to launch new production facilities in the shortest possible time and at significantly lower costs for investors.
