Dual certification as a condition for receiving a federal subsidy

The Association "StekloSouz" of Russia received information that the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has developed and posted, as part of the public discussion procedure on the website www.regulation.gov.ru, a draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation “On approval of the Rules for the provision of subsidies from the federal budget to consumers of industrial products in order to increase share of Russian industrial products used" (hereinafter referred to as the project).

The draft resolution is aimed at ensuring the price competitiveness of Russian products by providing a subsidy from the federal budget to compensate for the difference in the cost of Russian and foreign products from 1 to 3 years, subject to the conclusion of a long-term supply agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer with a guaranteed volume of purchase of such products.

In accordance with the project, a mandatory condition for receiving a subsidy from the federal budget is to obtain an assessment of compliance with the standards of ANO INTI for the supplied products.
