Lytkarino Optical Glass Plant celebrates its birthday

In the urban district of Lytkarino there is a unique enterprise that is known not only in the country, but also abroad. The friendly team of the Lytkarino Optical Glass Plant accepts congratulations on its 84th anniversary.

LZOS at the moment, despite all the difficulties of the current economic conditions, maintains a leading position in the country's optical industry and continues to develop. The plant’s specialists are developing modern technologies for glass melting and introducing them into production, active scientific activity is underway, and a series of research and development work is being developed.

During his visit to the city at the beginning of the year, Andrei Vorobyov, the governor of the Moscow region, visited the Lytkarino optical glass plant. The head of the region thanked the team of the enterprise, which currently occupies a leading position in the country in the production of optical materials and large-sized astronomical mirrors - the share of LZOS is about 98%. The governor emphasized that the plant is an important production facility not only on the scale of the Moscow region, but also on the scale of the country.
