Dagestan plans to introduce two new production facilities in the glass industry segment in 2024

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Dagestan, the total investment in these projects will amount to 1.9 billion rubles, of which 1.5 billion rubles have been invested by the end of 2023.

“Projects are being implemented by companies such as Dagestan Glass Container LLC (expansion of the workshop for the production of glass containers that meet European standards) and Caspian Glass Fiber Plant LLC (the first stage of production of fiberglass and products made from it," the ministry reported, clarifying that these two projects will create 350 jobs in the region.

At the same time, both facilities will be launched by the end of 2024.

According to RBC Company, Dagestan Glass Tara LLC has been operating since 2022 in the city of Dagestan Lights and is engaged in the production of glass products and sheet glass. The general director is Patakhudin Magomedov. For 2022, the company's losses amounted to 150 thousand rubles.

LLC "Caspian Fiberglass Plant" was registered in 2017 in Kaspiysk and specializes in the production of fiberglass and glass products. The head is Said Aliyev. For 2021, the company's revenue amounted to 140 million rubles, net profit - 6 million rubles.
