Association «StekloSouz» of Russia. Meeting on preparations for the implementation of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 830

On July 4 of this year, a meeting was held at the StekloSouz Association of Russia to prepare for the implementation of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 830 “On approval of the rules for the creation and maintenance of the state register of objects that have a negative impact on the environment”.

Nikolai Talakuev, Director of the Department of Technical Regulation and Quality Control of StekloSouz Russia, made a presentation. He said that Government Decrees on this topic had previously been adopted, in particular, No. 572 of 2016. However, the current Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 830 is fundamentally different from the previous one in terms of the formation of the responsibility of plants.

As you know, StekloSoyuz systematically informed glass factories about the entry into force of Federal Law No. 247 and Federal Law No. 248. These laws determine the responsibility of business entities for the impact on the environment.

It was decided to hold joint meetings with the developers of these regulations and factories to clarify and understand the provisions of these laws.

The goal is to study all the details of these Federal Laws and Decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation.
