Association «StekloSouz» of Russia. Scheduled meeting on the development of the use of refractories in the glass industry

On February 06, 2023, a scheduled meeting on the development of the use of refractories in the glass industry was held at the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia (hereinafter referred to as the SSR).

The meeting was held with the participation of relevant departments of the SSR.

Shubin Valery Nikolaevich, Director of the SSR Development Department, made an analytical report. He proposed to reconsider many aspects of cooperation with Russian refractory plants, specialized design organizations and construction companies.

Nikolay Pavlovich Talakuev, Director of the Department of Technical Regulation and Quality Control of the SSR, reported on proposals for the technical regulation of refractory production for glassworks.

The participants of the enlarged meeting made decisions, including holding consultations with refractory factories before holding a joint meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Viktor Ivanovich Osipov, President of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia.
