Association «StekloSouz» of Russia at the meeting:

December 16, 2022 within the walls of the oldest educational institution in Russia GAPOU VO "Gusev Glass College" named after G.F. Chekhlov (GAPOU VO "GSK") in the city of Gus-Khrustalny, Vladimir Region, a meeting was held. The theme of the meeting: "Opening new educational spaces."

The main task of the meeting is to unite research institutes, universities, enterprises to create conditions for the development of the glass industry in Russia. Organize on the basis of GAPOU VO "GSK" a scientific, educational and production site, empowered to independently solve important and urgent tasks. The main feature of this association into an independent unit will be the development and implementation of new technologies in production with financial support from the state.

The strategic session was opened by Alexander Avdeev, Governor of the Vladimir Region. Welcoming the participants of the congress, he expressed confidence that with the proper organization of the partnership between the state and business, it would be possible to solve the tasks set.

The meeting was attended by heads of specialized structures of legislative and executive authorities, development institutions, heads of federal associations, research institutes, educational institutions, heads of enterprises.

Osipov Viktor Ivanovich, President of the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia, in his report, expressed his wishes for successful work to the association being created on the basis of a member of the "StekloSoyuz" GAPOU VO "GSK". Viktor Ivanovich said that more than 10 members of the Association are taking part in the meeting, including the ICS RAS, JSC "Institute of Glass", LLC NPC "Glass-Gaz", JSC "Gusevsky Glass Plant named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky (JSC SZD). All of them come up with well-thought-out proposals to the directorate of GAPOU VO "GSK".

At the heart of the decisions proposed by the Administration of the Vladimir Region on the development of the production of new scientific technologies and their introduction into production through the cooperation of scientific and production entities with financial support will certainly give the expected result.

At the same time, Viktor Ivanovich drew attention to the existing problems in Tekhnokvarts LLC, JSC STES-Vladimir Company and other glass factories. He asked to carefully study the existing problems and provide assistance. At the same time, Viktor Ivanovich pointed out that these and other enterprises are high-tech and unique in the production of glass products.

Osipov V.I. visited the exhibition stand organized by the management of JSC "Gusevsky glass factory named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky". Director General of SZD JSC Klimashin Alexander Vasilyevich is an honorary worker of the glass industry.

Victor Ivanovich expressed his gratitude to Filchakov Yuri Alekseevich, director of the Gusevsky College of Glass named after G.F. Chekhlov for the excellent organization of the meeting, personal contribution to the creation of a new operating production of art glass.

Osipov V.I. wished the participants of the project to “roll up their sleeves” and overcome difficulties to achieve their goals.
