Analysis of the Russian flat glass and container glass market. October 2023

The AGC company is a leader in the production of flat glass, producing 30.9% of all glass in the Russian Federation.

The largest increase in production from the beginning of 2023 to the same period in 2022 occurred at Larta Glass Rostov LLC +2.6 million m² (+19.7%) to 15.9 million m².

The largest decrease in production since the beginning of 2023 compared to the same period in 2022 occurred at AGC Flat Glass Clean LLC -7.3 million m² (-21.0%) to 27.3 million m².

In October 2023, glass bottle production increased by 0.8% compared to October 2022. The production of glass glasses decreased by 32.8%. Production volumes of glassware for medical purposes increased by 2.7%.
