Analysis of the Russian flat glass and container glass market. July 2023

The AGC company is a leader in the production of flat glass, producing 30.3% of all glass in the Russian Federation.

The largest increase in production from the beginning of 2023 to the same period in 2022 occurred at Larta Glass Ryazan LLC +1.0 million m² (+8.7%) to 12.6 million m².

The largest decrease in production since the beginning of 2023 compared to the same period in 2022 occurred at AGC Flat Glass Clean LLC -6.5 million m² (-25.7%) to 18.7 million m².

In July 2023, glass bottle production increased by 3.7% compared to July 2022. The production of glass glasses decreased by 18.8%. Production volumes of utensils for medical purposes decreased by 27.5%.
