The project of Valery Efremenkov (Stromizmeritel LLC) became the winner of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Prize. I.P. Kulibina

As reported in the press service of the governor and the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region, this year the winner of the prestigious award of the Nizhny Novgorod region named after. I.P. Kulibin in the nomination "Best Invention of the Year" was the Deputy General Director of Stromizmeritel LLC, Honored Inventor of the Russian Federation Valery Efremenkov. His invention "a technological line for processing cullet" was awarded a cash prize in the amount of 100 thousand rubles, a laureate diploma and a commemorative medal.

The winners in each of the four nominations were determined by an authoritative expert council, which included representatives of scientific organizations, universities, leading industrial enterprises of the Nizhny Novgorod region and relevant departments. The experts assessed both the technical level of inventions (more than 90 applications were submitted for the competition) and the prospects for its implementation. Congratulating the laureates of the award, who were awarded in the Armorial Hall of the main fair house (Nizhny Novgorod), Governor Gleb Nikitin noted: “Today, for the successful growth of Russia’s technological sovereignty, it is especially important to support domestic developments, so one of the criteria when considering competitive projects was an assessment of the possibility their operational implementation and use for the development of industry not only in the region, but throughout the country.

In this regard, it is important to note that the technical solutions presented in the invention by V.V. Efremenkov, are already used in the projects of cullet processing lines currently being developed at Stromizmeritel LLC for a number of glass factories and some secondary raw materials processing enterprises.

Efremenkov Valery Vyacheslavovich, Honored Inventor of the Russian Federation, First Deputy General Director of Stromizmeritel LLC received a Diploma of the Winner of the Leader of the Glass Industry 2022 competition in the nomination "The Best Inventor of the Russian Glass Industry" as part of the International Forum on Production and Consumption "Glass and Modern Technologies" - XXI" of the past November 17 - 18, 2022.
