As you know, the Association "StekloSouz" of Russia is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the RF CCI).

As part of public consultations with representatives of the business community in order to prepare an opinion on the assessment of regulatory impact on draft regulatory legal acts conducted by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the Internal Regulations of the RF CCI, we are sending you a draft federal law "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On environmental protection "and the Federal Law" On conducting an experiment on quotas for emissions of pollutants and amending certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in terms of reducing air pollution "" (hereinafter referred to as the draft), developed by the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia.
