“During the Soviet period, two glass container plants operated in Crimea, which provided for the region’s need, but for various reasons they ceased operations. We have to insure the Crimean manufacturers by rebuilding bottle and glass container factories,” said RIA Novosti.

According to him, this will protect the wine industry from possible external risks associated with sanctions policy.
