«Roselectronika» supplied heat-resistant video surveillance systems to glass factories

Surveillance cameras are protected from high temperatures by a double-circuit stainless steel casing with water cooling and air blowing. The equipment has an angle of view of 50 degrees horizontally and ensures the formation of a color image. To prevent dust and flame from falling on the glass of the video camera, the space in front of it is blown with compressed air. In the event of an emergency, the system automatically removes the camera from the high-temperature zone and turns on the light and sound alarms. Video surveillance systems transmit the image to the operator’s console, as well as archive the video.

“Heat-resistant video surveillance systems allow you to control the production process inside high-temperature furnaces and boilers in the glass, metallurgical, fuel and energy industries, that is, in areas where there is a high risk of emergency situations, and using conventional video systems is impossible. The cost of our equipment is 30% lower than foreign analogues ”, - told in“ Roselectronics ”.

The developer of the equipment, JSC RIADT Rastr (part of Ruselectronics), supplied the digital heat-resistant television surveillance systems STN-27T to the Krasnoye Echo plant (Vladimir region) and Grodno Glass Factory (Belarus, Mogilev region). “The Vedatranzit Glass Mill (Republic of Belarus, Gomel), the company supplied the analog television monitoring system TSN-10-1M.
