In the list of types of technical devices, equipment or their combination (installations) at the facilities of the first category, stationary sources of pollutant emissions of which are to be equipped with automatic means of measuring and recording pollutant emission indicators, as well as technical means of recording and transmitting information on pollutant emission indicators, included, in particular: gas cleaning plants and aspiration equipment for the production of coke from coal before being discharged to atmospheric wow; furnaces for the production of sheet and container glass, fiberglass with a design capacity of 150 tons per day or more (for molten glass mass); Installations for the production of ceramic products by burning, including bricks, blocks (porous stone), ceramic tiles, ceramic tiles, sanitary ceramic products, refractory ceramic products, with a design capacity of 150 tons per day or more; drying drums and granulators in the production of mineral fertilizers; waste incineration plants of IV and V hazard classes with a design capacity of 3 tons per hour or more and other equipment.

Automatic means of measuring and recording indicators of pollutant discharges, as well as technical means for recording and transmitting information on indicators of pollutant discharges, should be equipped with discharges of sewage, including deep-water discharges, into water bodies, with the exception of discharges of sewage generated at facilities having a negative impact on the environment, on which activities are carried out exclusively for the production of coke, crude oil production and (or) natural gas, refining natural gas, extraction and enrichment of iron ores, providing electric power, gas and steam, Production of pharmaceutical substances, processing surfaces of objects or products.
