Gusev Crystal conquers Europe and conquers Asian markets

According to the official website of Ambiente, at the exposition site “the future comes to the present”, trends and innovative possibilities in the field of creating coziness and comfort in everyday life are demonstrated. In the days of the exhibition at the Messe Frankfurt International Exhibition Center, there are three expositions: Dining, Giving, Living, which present products and ideas for those who like to equip living space, set the table and give presents.

This year, Ambiente gathered 4,5 thousand participants from 92 countries of the world. About 10 Russian companies brought their products. Gusevsky Crystal Factory from the Vladimir region participates in the exhibition for the second year in a row.

At the stand of the master from Gus-Khrustalny presented about 50 handicrafts: collections of dishes, flower vases, as well as decorative plastic from colored and applied crystal, which Maltsov"s production is traditionally famous for.

“They brought a collection of products in cobalt, emerald and amber colors, amber became the unifying color. The collection turned out bright and warm at the same time, ”says Elena Usenko, deputy general director of the Gusevsky Crystal Factory.

The central object of the Gusev exposition is a large decorative three-part vase “Tradition” made of applied crystal, created by Honored Artist of Russia Vladimir Kasatkin. With almost a meter tall, this work of art weighs over 20 kilograms.

common visitors of Ambiente, as well as crystal producers from other European countries, including the Czech Republic and Poland. Distributors are also showing interest in Russian crystal. In 2018, as part of the exhibition, the Gusev Crystal Factory signed a lucrative contract for the manufacture of a batch of crystal with a company engaged in supplies to the countries of the Middle East.

And in 2019, at Ambiente, said Elena Usenko, the residents of Gusev received a proposal to supply crystal products to the countries of Southeast Asia.
