"But from our side, all the indicators that you have to achieve will be described, and in case of inconsistency with such an outcome, one will raise the issue of replacing the investment project," his words are quoted in the message.

Earlier it was reported that five enterprises are included in the register of residents of the Tori "Kaspiysk", several more are preparing documents for obtaining the corresponding status. In the region, a law has been adopted that provides tax benefits to residents of the territory, including income tax. Residents are also expected to be exempted from property tax for 10 years.

TOR "Kaspiysk"
The first in Dagestan TOR "Kaspiysk" was created in the eponymous monotown on March 24, 2017. The TOR mode has been in effect for ten years throughout the city. The condition for obtaining the status of a resident of the TOR "Kaspiysk" is the implementation of activities in the city with an investment volume of at least 5 million rubles and the creation of at least 20 jobs during the first year of operation.

Three companies have the status of a resident - NPP Inkomtekh, which is implementing a project to create a production of composite materials, Daginovatsii with a project to manufacture equipment for the production of composite materials, and the Caspian Fiberglass Plant. The total investment in these projects is about 3 billion rubles, during their implementation it is planned to create about 500 jobs.
