80 years ago, the first products of the Tomsk Electric Lamp Plant were produced. The history of the enterprise began at the end of September 1941, when 229 workers of the Moscow electric lamp and Zaprudnensky glass factories were evacuated to Tomsk.

The StekloSouz Association of Russia, within the framework of the Glass Industry Development Program, took part in an expanded meeting within the framework of the signing of a trilateral agreement on cooperation between the Union of APK Vozrozhdenie, the Electronic Trading Platform of the Gazprombank Group and the National Fund for Legal Support of Organizations and Citizens.

The largest producer of glass containers beyond the Urals, Siberian Glass, joined the national project “Labor Productivity”. At the end of November, a kick-off meeting was held at the site of the enterprise. The company is confident that it will increase productivity by 5 percent per year, but has an ambitious goal of increasing this figure by 30 percent within three years.
