2 land plots in the Moscow region were transferred to the category of industrial land

Two land plots in Domodedovo and Klin were transferred from the category of agricultural land to industrial land, the press service of the Ministry of Property Relations of the region reports.

Such a transfer is carried out in accordance with the federal law "On the transfer of land or land plots from one category to another." This is possible only in accordance with the approved master plan.

In the urban district of Domodedovo near a land plot of 4 thousand square meters. m, the category was changed to accommodate a gas station complex. An access road to the sheet glass plant will appear on a land plot in the urban district of Klin. Its area is 4.5 thousand square meters. m.

“Both of these land plots were transferred to the category of industry, since the most important condition was met: in the master plan of the urban districts of Domodedovo and Klin, at the time of filing the application, the functional zone necessary for the transfer, namely the production and transport zones, was already provided for,” the Minister of Property relations of the region Natalia Adigamova.

Now you can get a public service for the transfer of land plots from one category to another in electronic form on the regional portal of public services of the Moscow Region. To do this, you must submit a corresponding application through your personal account.

From June 2022, the service will be provided entirely electronically. In this case, the period of its provision will be reduced to a few days.
