In accordance with the appeal of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia (letter No. 35216/17 of September 14, 2015), the StekloSoyuz of Russia organized work to assist industry enterprises in obtaining state support for enterprises manufacturing building materials. Enterprises of the building materials industry can, in the prescribed manner, apply for government support in the framework of the State Program of the Russian Federation "Development of the industry and increasing its competitiveness", including using the following mechanisms:
preferential loan financing of development work and projects for the implementation of new developments from the funds of the Industrial Development Fund (www.rftr.ru);
subsidizing part of the R&D costs in priority areas of the civil industry, within the framework of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2013 No. 1312;
subsidizing part of the cost of paying interest on loans for the implementation of integrated investment projects in priority areas of the civil industry, in the framework of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 03.01.2014 No. 3;
subsidizing part of the cost of paying interest on loans received to replenish working capital or finance current production activities, in the framework of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 12.03.2015 No. 214.
The indicated support measure is available to enterprises included in the list of system-forming organizations or in the list of organizations that have a significant impact on the industry and trade of the Russian Federation, approved by Order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia dated March 30, 2015 No. 614.
In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia dated 03/27/2015 No. 596 for inclusion in the specified list, enterprises of the building materials industry must meet the following criteria: revenue for the year preceding the reporting year, at least - 1,000 million rubles, the number of employees at least 300 people.
At the same time, we inform about the possibility for enterprises of the building materials industry to take part in the Program for supporting investment projects implemented on the territory of the Russian Federation on the basis of project financing approved by the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1044 of October 11, 2014.
