They want to build a glass processing plant in the suburbs of Khabarovsk

A potential investor from Novosibirsk approached the administration of the Khabarovsk region with a proposal to create a glass processing plant. The heads of the structural divisions of the municipality got acquainted with the project, now the possibility of cooperation is being worked out, according to IA "Khabarovsk Territory Today".

The appeal came from the director of the Novosibirsk LLC Glass Recycling Sergey Shureev. The administration of the Khabarovsk region reacted quickly, held a meeting with a company representative.

- The investor expects to find a land plot near Khabarovsk with already existing municipal property, which could be reconstructed and leased, and it is also likely that he will decide to start construction from scratch. So far, we are considering sites in the following villages - Ilyinka, Vostochnoye, Bychikha, - says Tatyana Litvinova, head of the economic policy department of the Khabarovsk region administration. - Soon a specialist will be assigned to the representative of the Novosibirsk company, who will acquaint him with the available options. In the future, if cooperation continues, we advise and support production, representatives will be able to apply for assistance in the "one window" mode.

They plan to collect glass from landfills, from manufacturers of window products, management companies at homeowners' associations, catering enterprises, educational institutions of the Khabarovsk Territory. Glass scrap or cullet will be stored in a special storage area for subsequent car handling. Scrap is expected to be supplied to the Novosibirsk plant "Ekran", where new products will be produced from recyclable materials, this will also reduce littering of the territory of our region.

It is planned that 100 tons of material will be processed in the Khabarovsk Territory in the first month alone. The cost of the project is 2 million rubles one-time (purchase of equipment) and 5 million rubles per month, implying spending on the purchase.

- For the Khabarovsk region, of course, the investment project is interesting, - explains Tatiana Litvinova. - At least from the point of view of creating new jobs: about 20 people will be employed per shift with an average monthly wage of 20 thousand rubles.
