Dear colleagues, we continue to inform you about the difficult period of the Tomsk Electric Lamp Plant:

We remind you that at the beginning of October the employees of the Tomsk Electric Lamp Plant made a decision to go to a picket in defense of their enterprise from the rude and absurd methods of doing business by the Investigative Committee on the debt that has already been paid off, from stifling taxes and with a request to simply be heard , because all the ways to reach out have already been used.

On October 1, the office of the enterprise received a call from the Prosecutor's Office of the city of Tomsk with the requirement that it is necessary to provide information on the payment of wages for the entire 2020. The reason was, as it was reported by phone, an article in the media, which allegedly said that employees of the Tomsk Electric Lamp Plant were going to a picket because of salary delays. Naturally, the Prosecutor's Office set the minimum deadlines for providing all the necessary documentation. However, upon request, everything was transferred, on which a lot of employees' time was spent. Based on the results of the audit, no employee wage arrears were identified.

At the request of the company's management of the article, which is the basis for the check, the Prosecutor's Office sent an article from the Vkontakte social network in the Tomsk Zhest public, in which there was not a single mention of the company's employees preparing a picket due to delays in the payment of salaries. Here the conclusion suggests itself - if you want to go to the picket, raising questions that the Administration does not want to answer, then wait for spanks in the form of checks, which will further complicate your activities, despite the already difficult times.
