An engineering center was opened in Dyatkovo to prepare young people for work in high-tech production

On October 20, 2020, in the Dyatkovo Center for Working with Gifted Children and Talented Youth "VEGA", an engineering creativity center was opened.

The event was attended by: Acting Deputy Governor of the Bryansk Region Nikolai Sergeevich Luchkin; Director of the Department of Industry, Transport and Communications Viktor Anatolyevich Voistrochenko; director of the research and production enterprise "ALEXANDER" Alexander Sergeevich Semyonov; Pavel Valerievich Valyaev, head of the Dyatkovo district administration; Director of the Center for the Study and Monitoring of the Effectiveness of Measures of Socio-Economic Support for Industry and Entrepreneurship "Locomotives of Growth" of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation Konstantin Volf; director of glass industry enterprises in Dyatkovo; management, teachers and students of the technical direction of the Center "VEGA".

“Today a new stage in the development of technical education and creativity begins for us,” said Alexander Semyonov, director of NPP Alexander during the opening ceremony. - The Engineering Center is designed to develop children's and adolescents' interest in technical disciplines, to train personnel for modern high-tech production.

Initiative to create a Center for Engineering Creativity in Dyatkovo was readily supported by both the regional and district authorities, which positively affected the implementation of the project.

- Today, when there is an active development of high-precision production, nanotechnology, when the advanced industry is experiencing a shortage of professional personnel, the support of Governor Alexander Bogomaz in the opening of such centers in the districts of the Bryansk region is very important, - said the acting director. Deputy Governor Nikolai Luchkin in his address. - Thanks to the management of the enterprise "Alexander" for this center, because the guys trained here do not necessarily come to work for the Dyatkovo enterprise. But they will become highly qualified specialists and will work for the good of our Russia.

- For the Dyatkovo district, for our industry and for our younger generation, the expansion of production, for which the future belongs, the opening of an engineering center - this is new opportunities, new prospects, an improvement in the quality of life, - said the head of the Dyatkovo district administration Pavel Valyaev - We are grateful for the competent initiatives and support, both from business and from the regional authorities and the governor personally.

Already today, the guys studying at the Center have demonstrated their achievements in the field of technical creativity - they have the opportunity to study on equipment, machine tools and programs of optical and metalworking industries, donated by NPP Alexander.
