Bashkiria plans to launch production of medical glass

The representative of Medical Glass Standard, Yuri Buryanitsa, arrived in Bashkiria to get acquainted with potential sites for the implementation of a project for the production of first-class medical glass. Medical Glass Standard, created for these purposes, is a future resident of the Russian Federation. The company from Azerbaijan has been building glassworks for many years.

- Now we are considering two options for accommodation - the industrial park “Ufimsky” and “Zubovo”. “We really like the attention that is being given to us in the republic regarding attracting us as a resident of one of these parks,” said Yury Buryanitsa.

The representative of investors noted that in their choice they are guided by two key parameters. The first is the availability of all the necessary infrastructure, since glass production makes high demands on energy supply. And the second is, of course, tax incentives for investors.

- We chose Bashkiria, because it is developing rapidly in terms of precisely new production facilities, including our glass industry is well represented here. There is Salavatsteklo - the largest national producer of flat glass in Russia. And also opposite the Ufimsky industrial park, one of the world's largest glass producers - the Turkish company Rusjam, ”said Yury Buryanitsa,“ we are already closely cooperating with the Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus. There is information about a potential site, its borders, and also an understanding of the infrastructure.

For reference: “Ufa” is the largest industrial park in the region. Anchor resident is a woodworking enterprise of Kronoshpan Bashkortostan LLC. It is planned to build a production complex with an administrative building with an area of 20,000 square meters in the park. The premises of industrial buildings will accommodate residents of the industrial park. The management company is the Development Corporation of the Republic of Belarus.
