The bankruptcy trustee changed at the Slavyansky Glass Factory

By the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory, Elena Serova was appointed the new bankruptcy administrator of LLC Slavyanskiy Glass Factory. This message appeared on December 21 on the website of the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information. Previously, this position was held by Valentin Kovalev, who was removed from the duties of the bankruptcy trustee by a court ruling on February 3, 2020.

It is known that Slavyansky Glass Factory LLC went bankrupt in 2015. It is included in the list of bankrupt enterprises with a significant property complex, which includes: land, warehouses, workshops, etc. In 2018, the company's property was put up for auction, but was not sold.

As Kommersant-Kuban previously wrote, the buildings of Slavyansky Glass Factory LLC are estimated at 39.1 million rubles. The owner of the enterprise was Sergey Bidash, a businessman from Taganrog. Before the introduction of bankruptcy proceedings, he was provided with a plan to restore the solvency of the "Slavic Glass Factory" with an increase in production to 75 million cans per year. However, Mr. Bidash refused the offer, explaining this by a drop in demand for glass jars.
