Inauguration of a new high-tech production line of new generation LED lamps in Tomsk

Today, November 14, 2019 in Tomsk, the grand opening of a new high-tech production line of new generation LED lamps will take place.

The project was created by Tomsk Electric Lamp Plant (trademarks - “LEADlight” and “TOMICH LAMP”) together with Tomsk University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics (TUSUR) and has no analogues in Russia.

This is a robotic production of the most modern LED lamps with special filamentous LEDs (filaments) that meet the highest standards of quality, energy conservation, ecology and impact on the human body.

The key attention is paid to a healthy lifestyle - lamps have a beneficial effect on the well-being and emotional state of a person: they do not harm the eyes, they are also absolutely environmentally friendly and do not contain mercury and plastic, therefore they are completely safe for nature.

The project technology was developed as a result of research and experimental work on the creation of advanced technologies and the intellectual production of electronic component base and energy-efficient lighting devices with financial support from the Russian Ministry of Education and Science in order to implement the federal target program “Research and Development in Priority Directions for the Development of the Russian Science and Technology Complex for 2014 -2020 years. "

Line capacity at full load mln. Pcs. 6.5 million per year, which makes it possible to occupy about 10 percent of the Russian lamp market.

The total area of the line is 680 square meters, the cost of production equipment is more than 115 million rubles. The total project cost is 350 million rubles.

The next stage of this project will be the creation of a site for the production of filamentous LEDs themselves.
