TOMSK ELECTRIC LAMP FACTORY STARTED A UNIQUE LINE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF TOMICH BULBS FOR A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

The grand opening of the new high-tech production line of LED lamps of the new generation was successfully held on November 14, 2019!

The event was attended by a large number of people! Present was Metropolitan Tomsk and Asinovskiy Rostislav, head of the department of industry and energy of the administration of the Tomsk region Sergey Veniaminovich Markelov, president of the Tomsk CCI Uskova Marina Alexandrovna, representatives of TUSUR, heads of large companies and regional directors of banks, honorary and active citizens, famous people and mass media of the city of Tomsk!

To the sound of fanfare, a red ribbon was solemnly cut by the president of the LEADlight group V. Golubev and the head of the department of industry and energy TO Markelov S.V.

The project was implemented by Tomsk Electric Lamp Plant (trademarks - LEADlight and TOMICH LAMP) together with Tomsk University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics (TUSUR) and has no analogues in Russia. This is a robotic production of the most modern LED lamps with special filamentous LEDs (filaments) that meet the highest standards of quality, energy conservation, ecology and impact on the human body. The key attention is paid to a healthy lifestyle - lamps have a beneficial effect on the well-being and emotional state of a person: they do not harm the eyes, they are also absolutely environmentally friendly and do not contain mercury and plastic, therefore they are completely safe for nature.

The project technology was developed as a result of scientific research and experimental work on the creation of advanced technologies and the intellectual production of electronic component base and energy-efficient lighting devices with financial support from the Russian Ministry of Education and Science in order to implement the federal target program “Research and development in priority areas for the development of the Russian scientific and technological complex in 2014-2020 years. "

The main parameters of the site:

Line capacity at full load of 6.5 million units. per year, which makes it possible to occupy about 10 percent of the Russian lamp market. The total area of the line is 680 square meters, the cost of production equipment is more than 115 million rubles. The total project cost is 350 million rubles.

Next was presented the future clean workshop for the production of LED threads themselves (implementation in 2020), which will significantly expand the range of products manufactured - from lamps for domestic use - to special lamps for a specific purpose.
